In need of help with my bill

Hi, my bill is currently $200 and some change. I recently have lost work and now my internet is shut off. My son uses this internet for schooling and we have been taking him to his grandmothers to complete it. If there is any way to recieve an extension that would be great as I am currently beginning a new career opportunity in the next week. Any help from a rep is greatly appreciated. Apologies for the issue and the experience that you described.


Your account is showing as eligible for a payment arrangement:

  • Log into
  • Select Billing, then Bill and Payment Settings
  • Click on Schedule a Payment
  • Then go to Payment Date and choose a new due date

If you need more help, you can chat with the Xfinity Assistant. Or, report an issue online if you believe your payment was misapplied (or is missing).


As a courtesy, we have credited back any recent late charges incurred over the past months plus an additional credit for your loyalty. I hope that helps with the overall balance due.
