Paid for a movie. Husband needs cc CC way out of sync with movie. Stopped it and restarted Did not fix problem at all. Ridiculous!

did you try a different device (smart phone/tablet/desk or laptop PC) to see if the same problem showed there? on the X1 if you pause the movie for a moment do the captions continue to show up finally catching up?
