XB8 6ghz radio

I think there might be an issue with the xb8 6ghz handleing of the 1-29 channel group.  Recently when my wifi6e devices connect on channel 1-29 the download performance is reported in the 10-100 Mbs range compared 1000 Mbs when connected to the 65-93 channel group.  Could you test in your lab.  I use the speedtest.net App and speedtest.xfinity.com website.  I sort of think this started with the xb8 6.7 firmware, compared to the previous 6.3 firmware.

sdjs, Hi there! Thanks for spending the time out of your day to visit our forums page for help with getting the correct download speeds. I am happy to hear that you are using those speed test tools and can understand the concern with this experience since the firmware update. We are the right team to assist. When doing these speed tests have you checked while connecting hardwired directly to the modem via an ethernet cord from a computer to see if you experience the same issue?

Since the issue is wifi performance I don't think connecting a computer with Ethernet cable would be useful.  Please try to duplicate my tests and let me know the results, I suppose my xb8 could have an issue but for the issue to Only affect 1 of the 7 channel groups would seem unlikely.

Thanks for confirming, sdjs. You mentioned you are only having issues with specific devices. What devices are you having issues with?
