Storm ready says needs attention

Just setup my storm ready. It shows strong signal and 100% battery backup. In the app it says needs attention. I’ve rest my gateway and the storm ready several times. It still says needs attention in the app. I need help.

I set mine up on 9/15 and have the same issue.

We greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience regarding the storm ready and the error in the Xfinity app. I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you. I have experienced the same thing with Storm ready as well. It did resolve itself after 2/3 days. Are you still seeing this error in the app?

Thanks for reaching out, user_2ucs1j! I'd be happy to take a look. In order to get started can you, please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3lv0gXz

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
