Repeated instances of packet loss
Hi Xfinity Forums,
I'm at my wit's end here. I have been experiencing repeated packet loss randomly occurring throughout the day for the better part of a month. Some days are better than others, and while a few of these instances have resulted in "outages" marked a "network damage", there are others that seemingly never get flagged by xfinity and I simply suffer from packet loss, disconnection, and general slowness. The impairment is experienced over an ethernet connection as well as wifi. I've been using pingplotter to track/graph the data sporadically dating back to late March (and am happy to provide those records in a DM.)
These disruptions are proving to be very disruptive to all members of the house, who work from home, as well as outside of work hours when attempting to game or stream videos/movies. I have the 2000Mbps (2000 down, ~300 up) package and regularly notice that speedtests will hang at around 1000-1100Mbps and only a restart of the modem helps.
I beg to the xfinity overlords and tech guru's, please give me back my stable internet connection, for the past several years I've had service at this address, I've never experienced such unreliable and frustrating levels of service.
ANY help is appreciated. Thanks.

Additionally, I am providing my signal levels here, which seem to indicate they may be out of spec, according to https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/your-home-network/connection-troubleshooting-tips/602da777c5375f08cdea3db9
