Ps5/connection issues

Hello, I am having such bad connection issues with my wifi. It started on my console where I was constantly getting dropped from online games. I traded in my router and got a new one and now I can’t play online still and my laptop is having issues connecting all together

Thanks for reaching out and being a part of the Xfinity family, user_vs4o40. It does sound like it could be some firewall issues. Can you double-check your modem's firewall settings and let me know what the security is set to?

Hi Mark, the only thing I’m seeing is WPA2, that was under WiFi security. No ports open
