Packet Loss - Please help

I am getting intermittently high packet loss (>30%) resulting in poor or no internet connection. Would someone please help me?

Yes I have tried those, they did not fix the issue. I am still getting really high packet loss

I am still getting intermittently high packet loss (>30%), going on several months+, resulting in poor or no internet connection. Would someone please help me?
