NOW is the biggest fraud.

On April 27th Xfinity sent my device and service to an old address. Asked for them to correct this and they promised they'd send another router but sent it to the wrong address again. By this point I was informed I can get a refund but I would have to open a new account and pay another $30 but was promised the refund. Well once again they sent it to the wrong address. I decided to just get the post pay service by this point and was then informed I needed to use the chat to get my refund and close those two accounts.

Since then I have been promised multiple times over the phone, over the chat that Id get my refund and my accounts closed and that my accounts must be closed before getting a refund for not receiving services. However, every associate defers me to a website with a link to cancle my account that leads me to a call back. Every call back sends me to the same website and link for a call back. It is very apparent at this point that Xfinity does not have proper channels with NOW to provide support and refunds if necessary. I am sure I am not the only one and I have contacted my local Attorney General in which she is very willing to meet with me this week.

This is a serious scam riddled with corruption [Edited: Solicitation] NOW is their cheapest service so the caveat is that theres no resources being used on it which is what is leading to zero customer support. Xfinity must be aware of this by now so they are clearly complacent with taking people's money.

This is highly fraudulent behavior and it must be stopped.  [Edited: Solicitation]

Hello @JNWII,

Please take a moment to review the community forums guidelines here. We take no issue with customers sharing their experiences as long as it remains within the guidelines that have been created to foster a helpful forum. With that being said, I am sad to hear that you have had such a poor experience with getting setup on the NOW internet service. You are correct in the fact that the service is only supported through the NOW portal for reasons you mentioned. Regardless, you should still be able to receive the necessary support to get things done via the NOW portal. Our team does not support the product as well, but if you filed a complaint with any regulatory body this will be handled by our exuective resoltuion teams. We can follow the ticket along and provide you with updates on the status of the ticket. Just send our team a direct message with your full name and NOW service address.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
 Click "Sign In" if necessary
 Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 Press Enter to send it.
