Not able to access Teams, https://portal.office.com/, and https://www.linkedin.com/
I have Xfinity Internet service for my home WiFi. The cable modem (Arris tg1682g) seems to be blocking a few websites as shown below. I am pretty sure that it is not my computer because I can access these websites fine when connecting to a hotspot on my cell phone. I can successfully access other websites such as Google, Gmail, https://my.xfinity.com/, etc. I've tried to do a factory reset on the modem but no luck. Has anyone seen this issue?
Warm regards and thank you

Same issue with Microsoft products in Denver on Fiber in the same time frame being reported here 6/15 to 6/22. I would appreciate it if @Xfinity_Support had a customer advocate program where I feel like I am actually being helped with this issue instead of always feeling "deflected away" by everyone in their organization. One person from customer service called me back and asked me great questions and said they entered a ticket for me. I have no idea how to contact that person again or how to look up my ticket. This is the most irritating situation I have ever been in with a company.
They are also reporting an "outage" in my area but other then this issue everything is working as expected. Are others in an outage area but still have service?

@Xfinity Support As you can see, more customers have been reporting the same issue posted here and the number has been increasing, can someone in the Xfinity support team share a daily update, please? It has been a week already and the issue has not been resolved. Warm regards.

I am having the same issue - not being able to access OneDrive and other Microsoft services from my home Xfinity network, since Wed, June 15. I am in Colorado as well; I see posts from several customers in Denver.
When I switch to a Personal Hotspot on my mobile phone, all of these programs work correctly. I was told during a customer service chat that the supervisor knew about this issue. Is there any expected time for a resolution?

The only possible fix that I have seen to this is using an outside VPN like Nord VPN but I have not tried this as I do not want to pay for an outside VPN.
If any have had any luck with this fix, please let us all know.

For me, changing the DNS on your network adapter in Windows to Google (8.8.8.8) worked as a workaround until they get this resolved. https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using

With still no resolution to this problem or updates on a fix i am guessing that this will sort itself out when everyone switches to another provider?

I will have to switch to another provider probably today or tomorrow, the situation is untenable. Unfortunately my husband's company uses a microsoft vpn network so that doesn't work either. Xfinity bad service here!

I am from Michigan and am experiencing this as well. Either no access or if I am lucky enough to get access, it is not for long and crashes, locks up. This is for office365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and outlook, also my works S: drive. Has anyone received a fix yet? This is seriously affecting my work at home job.
