My internet is having packet loss (download/upload latency) high.
It doesn't appear before. When I live stream on discord or playing game the internet isn't stable at all. Packet loss showed in the game is high and sometime it lost connection. I tried to change the ethernet cable, coax and using xFi router but It doesn't help that issue.

Hey, @user_80rcxm! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I apologize to hear of the issues you are having with your internet connection when trying to stream or game. We certainly understand the importance of having a reliable connection these days. Taking a peek at the modem, it looks like levels are within specification at this time. With the modem being up for 13 hours, no timeouts or resets are being reported. Have you tried to go through the link that @EG previously provided?
