lose internet connection once every 2 hours
Hi
I lose internet connection once every 2 hours. The router is new, has been restarted multiple times, etc.; there is one physical cable connection and it is tight.
When internet works, it is excellent.
Customer service did some kind of checks 2x and reset the router, but that did not resolve the issue.
I am at the point of leaving Xfinity, but have used it for over 10 years.
Please, I need help with this problem!

How does one have Comcast/Xfinity come to the house? The issue I've had for a month (service interruptions about every 2 hours; not sure if it's area, wiring, connectors, modem, etc.; have tried various fixes and resets).
How do I arrange that as soon as possible?
