I need to have a technician come to my house, have tried other remedies, How to arrange?

How does one have Comcast/Xfinity come to the house? The issue I've had for a month (service interruptions about every 2 hours; not sure if it's area, wiring, connectors, modem, etc.; have tried various fixes and resets).

How do I arrange that as soon as possible?
