Need to Talk to Someone
This is the second time in a week I have had no internet service. The Xfinity assistant and customer support line are no help. They just keep resetting my modem but it fixes nothing. I need to speak to a real person who can look into this and fix my internet.

We would be more than happy to assist in troubleshooting the Xfinity Internet. When using the Xfinity App, is there any identification that there is an active service interruption? When the Internet goes out, what color and action is the LED performing on the cable modem?
