Internet not working and cannot get any help???

My internet works very slowly and sometimes cannot even get emails or log into my work website

Hello, @user_s4a66y thank you for creating a post and reaching out over Xfinity Forums. Working from home myself, I completely understand needing to have your home networking correctly. Have you by chance had time to look over this to see if any of the recommendation are helpful? 

There is good information in there for equipment signal levels, I'm not sure if are able to check to see if you notice any out of specifications, These should be the signal levels for your equipment:

Gateways and EMTAs -7dBmV +7dBmV
Downstream Signal to Noise Ratio 35dB -
Upstream Power Level +35dBmV +50dBmV

I also cannot get through to a human being.  All menu functions lead to me resetting my modem and then having to come back in to either the web interface or phone interface and all I can do is reset my modem, but I never get to a human.   I am insane with frustration.   And I am ready to cancel and go back to Verizon.
