Internet is always slow and disconnects frequently on many devices

I am getting kicked off work MS Teams calls often, streaming services are blurry, many devices keep getting kicked off the wifi. I run speed tests all the time and have 20mbs or less but the chat bot says I have over 100% awesome internet.
