The downstream signals look OK, but the upstream power levels are borderline (too high), consistent with many of the event log entries. Network connection problems like this are often due to poor coax connections or damaged coax cable, usually in or near your home. Running the cable through a surge protector, a defective splitter, or too many splitters can cause signal problems as well. If there is an amplifier in the line make sure it's getting power.
If you want to troubleshoot this yourself, please see Internet Troubleshooting Tips.
If you can't find the problem or you'd rather have Comcast take care of it and an employee does not respond to your message here, call them at the phone number on your bill or 1-800-Comcast, or use one of the options on https://www.xfinity.com/support/contact-us/. It's not likely they can fix the problem remotely. If not, insist they send a tech out to identify the cause and correct it.
If the tech finds bad coax, splitters, amplifiers, or connections in your home (even if Comcast originally supplied them) you'll probably have to pay for the visit (approx. $100) unless you have their Service Protection Plan ( https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/service-protection-plan, closed to customers that don't already have it). If the trouble is due to a faulty Comcast rental device or anything outside your home you shouldn't be charged.

Thank you! I will give Comcast a call. I'm in a multi-unit building and don't have much hope of replacing/checking any cabling myself, willing to eat the $100 just for someone to take a look. The only possible thing I see is there is what looks to be an exposed black coax cable outside our back window. Building is 30 years old, looks like it may have been unearthed by tree roots at some point, any chance this could be related?

Tech came this morning. Wouldn’t look at the error and when I mentioned the upstream noise was borderline he said “no those levels are fine." He did plug in inside and outside said levels looked okay. Also said there was an old splitter outside in/near the box that he removed.
And it’s 10:11pm and I just lost internet again, so a lot of good he did. He did say he would mark in the system to have someone look at the connection from the line to the complex but I feel kind of stuck now. I'll likely wait until they come out for that (if they indeed do) and see if that fixes anything. Otherwise, due to my home being a condo, there's not much I can do beyond replacing the coax from the wall and/or my modem, so here's to hoping.

Event Log seems mostly wiped as I restarted the modem almost immediately and got the internet back within about 5 minutes.

Just commenting on this post to let everyone know I am pretty fed up with Comcast. Dropped on Tuesday. Support chat said they would send a new bootfile and to unplug my coax. I did this and lost internet for TWO HOURS and lost the support agent I was speaking with. Worked fine last night and I thought hey maybe it's okay now. Nope, lost if again tonight in the middle of a conversation with my brother. Very cool.
