Internet Connectivity Issues
Hello, we've recently been having issues with our internet connectivity. It is especially prevalent while playing online multiplayer games (during the evening), but even just browsing the web we may get hiccups where the internet (maybe the modem) loses connection. My mom has already done basic troubleshooting and every thing looks all green, but I know there's an issue somewhere as this has never happened at this house until recently (a week or two ago). And I had a few other questions relating to maybe replacing our modem to see if that helps and seeing about upgrading our internet speeds.

Sorry if I made the title too long, shortened it to the major issue we've been having.
I'm still getting packet loss and internet drops while playing online multiplayer games during the morning. And post has been up for more than 20 hours without a reply from Xfinity Support...
