Internet connection drops several times everyday and severely affects our work!

We (2 working parents 1 student) are experiencing internet connection dropping several times everyday - this has significantly affected our work as connections dropping in the middle of (client facing) meetings. 

FYI our home internet was installed and activated only back around Sept 15th 2021. 

Please prioritize the investigate and resolution.
