Intermittent internet connection

I’m frustrated and at a loss as what to do next.  Is anyone having issues with intermittent internet connection?  It will go off for 5 or so minutes then come back on and this happens many times a day.  This is so disruptive to working from home.  Tech came out and ran new lines and new gateway.  Still have issues.  What else can I do? Any suggestions???

I'm so sorry to hear about these connection issues, @user_6e9c35! We would be glad to help you out. I know your original post was a couple of days ago, so first of all, are you still experiencing the same issues?

yes it is still happening. It is affecting pur remote work since we have to use our data which is slower than home internet.

Thanks for connecting.  I think it was resolved, but I've thought it was resolved before and still had issues.  I took my iPad to the Apple Store, where they did a full diagnostic work up and found no issues.  If I have issues again, will reconnect for help. Thanks for the follow up!
