Intermittent connection issues

We continue to have intermittent connection issues. A tech replaced our modem 3 times roughly 6 months ago and that fixed our issues until the last 2-3 months. Cannot get a tech appointment scheduled because it will always start working again. Any advice?

My internet has been disconnecting several times a day for the last week now.  It often comes back if I unplug my modem, wait a minute, and then plug it back in.  I rarely had to do this before, and now it's a daily occurrence.   Amid all this trouble I hear Xfinity is raising their prices again?

Hi there @barnowl807. I am sorry to hear that you are having troubles with your Internet service. You are in the right place and I am happy to assist you today. When your service goes out, have you looked at our service interruption map at https://www.xfinity.com/support/status and see if there is an interruption in the area?

Please create a new topic of your own here on this board detailing your issue. Thanks.

For future reference, it is better to submit your own post as it creates a ticket to get help, and posting on someone else's older thread can delay getting help.
