I have an Xb7 Modem. My moca adapter is receiving power but its not connecting to the modem. I have no clue what else to do.

Is there a coax cable splitter in between ? If so, it won't work unless the splitter is MoCA compliant.

Seems like the XB7 can be a little dicey with enabling MOCA.

Another here: https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/your-home-network/how-to-activate-moca/639d580c86efae732c83d7eb
Never said how it was done. Enable MoCA on gateway, then powercycle one or both perhaps? They didn't say. Let the peeps know if you got the method.
