High Ping Spikes/High Packet Loss

Hi,

I recently moved into a new build home and had a technician come out to set up my wifi. There seemed to be some issues with the underground cables but we found a working coaxial to set everything up. For the first week or so everything was fine however now I am getting some crazy high ping spikes and packet loss without the internet actually going out. This is very frustrating, when trying to play video games or stream.

I currently am on the GB plan and the up/down is fine, internet speed says it is also fine if you run a test however there is definitely an issue causing crazy high ping spikes momentarily. I will attach information from the pingplotter below as it wont allow me to post a picture. This is a problem for all devices in the house not just my computer which leads me to believe that it is solely wifi related not device related.

Could these ping spikes be modem related? Are they related to some decibel issue? Why has this just started happening recently? Any help is appreciated. I am having a technician come to check this out as soon as possible.
