Daily outages to my house only

I work from home and my Xfinity internet loses connection every day. Restarting the modem helps, but it’s disruptive as I am constantly getting thrown off my vpn and losing my work. This happens when there are no neighborhood outages. And although I have service at two local addresses, only one is constantly losing connection. Attempts to reach Xfinity through the app have been a total waste of time. Please help!

If the connection is dropping every day at only one address, even when there is no area-wide interruption, that usually points to something specific to the home or the line serving it rather than a broader network issue. The fact that restarting the modem helps, even temporarily, supports that as well.
