Constant internet drops during cold weather.

My internet consistently drops out every hour or so during cold weather in the winter months.  I’ve tried EVERYTHING to fix it myself.  I’ve already installed a new coax cable from the street terminal to my modem, and I’ve replaced my modem 3 times over the past 5 years.  NOTHING HAS FIXED IT!

it has to be a problem on Xfinitys side but I’ve never been able to convince them that it is. What do I have to do to convince them?!
