Consistent outages, Support denies issue exists
I have the same problem many many users have reported in this forum over the past few years.
Consistently, and with extremely inconvenient timing, my connection will drop. It always comes back on a few minutes later.
Appears Ip address is being released based on logs.
Missing Required Option 24 and Missing Required Option 82 consistently show in logs.
This is affecting my job, and it needs to stop immediately. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE and will be resolved.
Here are my logs from the last disconnect, this has been going on FOR MONTHS.
Need employee assistance immediately. No volunteer experts.

I have this same issue as many users have reported on this forum over the years.
Support continues to deny issue exists.
I have started my own thread.

Here are a number of links, going back years, with similar issues.
It is unclear to me if any of these were ever resolved.

You've got really weak downstream power, and extremely bad signal on a couple of channels. Those two channels may just be in error at that particular time and not reflecting actual power, but you're picking up uncorrectable errors on all channels.
Do you have a powered amplifier somewhere on the line? It will look like a cable splitter, but perhaps more like a heat sink with an A/C power cord? If you do, is it getting power or is it plugged in?
If you don't, is there a splitter you can bypass? Direct run from where the cable enters the premises right to your gateway would be a good test, especially if you aren't using coax for anything else. Sometimes splitters are also signal attenuators that reduce power. You don't need any signal attenuation.
