WiFi not connecting off new modem

Hi @user_np3cja Thank you for reaching out on the Xfinity Community Forums. We are happy to assist you. I understand it must be frustrating to set up a new modem and not be able to connect to Wi-Fi. Is this happening on all devices that they are not able to see the Wi-Fi network?

It’s hooked up for tv and different services I have but I want to hook up this box so I can stream regular shows on tv.

@user_otnd8j ok so your service is working but you are having issues with another device not connecting to the WiFi for streaming. Is that correct?
