Connection drops T3 and T4 timeouts
Hello,
Since the start of August I have had many service issues with my Xfinity internet.
I own my own cable modem.
The modem upstream power looks like its maxed out almost and that is when the connection drops as I see in the modem logs T3 and T4 timeouts.
Issue: Internet connection T3 timeouts and T4. Modem restarts.
DOCSIS 3.0

All my coax cables are wrench tight. I have swapped out wires from the wall to the modem.
I live in an apartment complex.
There appears to be others having issues in the area also as last week I received a few messages that Xfinity that they 'notified issues and were doing maintenance.
Then I got a message saying I could request a tech.
So I requested on for later in the week but by then the issue seemed to go away so I opted to cancel the appointment via the automatized system.
Back at it again this week with issues....
This seems to a chronic problem for the area with what I would think is many band aids based on other things I see happening
with the Xfinity trucks in the area.
Can I get some assistance for myself and the others in this complex?
