Comcast or Xfinity (ISP is stating my site is not secured)

I have a site that I manage and I can't view it from home. I did a trace and it stops right after comcast. Error message claims that the connection to the site is not secure. I can view this site elsewhere just not on my router. Its so weird. I reset router, cleared the cache, used different browsers and I still can't see the site. I have no idea why this is doing this. Any suggestions.

If someone from Xfinity can check that would be great.

PS -  It's not the Advance Xfinity Security because I don't get that message and I also turned it off.

Well after Xfinity refuses to beleive it was them that was blocking my CPanel IP address (maybe that is different from the domain name IP address?) Either way they claim there were no blocks and I went to the highest level tier, what ever that means, because each teir was useless. My hosting provider graciously changed my IP address for a one time courtesy and Wa La (not sure the spelling of wa la) I can now access my site from home. This is what they said after I provided them(hosting provider) with a 5 different traceroutes.

According to the provided output, your cPanel IP address was blocked by Comcast. We have changed your IP address as a one-time exception; you may try accessing your site.
Still, please be informed that we cannot guarantee that Comcast will not block the new IP address further. If the issue re-occurs, you will need to contact them to unblock it.

Now I'm afraid that comcast will block my IP address again and they will not now how to unblock it.

Thanks! If this issue happens to you I would just beg your hosting provider to change the IP address. Pay more if it if  you have too. It will elimate the struggle and madness that I went through.

I can't reach your site either. The traceroute stops right within the Comcast routers. It's being blocked for some reason;

I'm on the phone with them now. They keep transferring me to an upper level. They claim that its an unusual for this to happen. But there are several forums that I have found with similar issues with no know fix.

This is the culprit for me.

Does anyone at xfinity know what they are doing? ISP is blaming my hosting provider. My hosting provider is blaming my Internet Service Provider. I reached the tier 3 and they claim that Xfinity is not blocking my site. I did however saw that my site has been blacklisted but I don't know why.

Here are all the forums that I found so far with the similar issue and nothing has been solved.
