Coax help
I recently received the modem/router for the Xfinity prepaid plan. Upon installation, I found that my landlord had not had a coax cable outlet installed and I can’t connect without one. Can I get help with if there’s anything else I can do?

Welcome to the Xfinity Forum and thank you for posting your question here. Unfortunately, we do not install coax outlets within residences. You will want to get with your Landlord to contact an Electrician to have one installed. Once the coax outlet is installed, you can call our Prepaid Team directly at 855-75-PREPAID or 855-757-7372 and they can help schedule a full technician installation of your Comcast equipment.
