Hey there, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding accessing that website! We would be happy to help you with troubleshooting your internet services so you can access your favorite websites! I definitely understand how frustrating it would be to not be able to browse this site! What web browser are you using in order to access the site?

@XfinityJeniece I have tried Chrome, Brave, and Microsoft Edge. I have cleared History and Cache on all of them. reset my router, had a signal send to reset my modem. Reset my modem physically, turned off my Firewall, anit-virus, and popup blockers. its the only site i know of that i cannot seem to get access to anymore.

Thank you for letting us know. Since you are having this issue with only one site and on many of your devices but still have access to the internet that leads us to believe it has to do with the site you are trying to gain access to.

You are reaching the server as that is a server generated message. For some reason you are being blocked by them internally. Suggest you contact them about it.

I too got the 'You don't have permission to access "http://www.xfinity.com/" on this server.'  I tracked it down to the AVG VPN I use for Internet privacy.  If I temporarily turn it off, I can access xFinity and then turn VPN back on while still accessing xfinity.

However, it is a SHAME I can't access xFinity WITH my VPN.  It is an annoyance to have to use a workaround every time I want to connect to xFinity.
