Xfinity stream beta app only showing tvgo channels

Previously when I clicked live, all channels, the guide would come up with all of the channels on my plan.  In the last 2 weeks or so, the screen started freezing after playing 30 min or so.  Now in the last 3 days, I don't even see all my channels.  When I click all channels it only shows me the tvgo channels.

Did something change?

Our team wants to make sure your services are working as intended. Did you make any recent changes at all to your service? If not, please send us a private message with your full name and service address for us to take a deeper look. 

 

• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon or https://comca.st/3n3SVP4
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
