Xfinity stream beta app only showing tvgo channels

Previously when I clicked live, all channels, the guide would come up with all of the channels on my plan.  In the last 2 weeks or so, the screen started freezing after playing 30 min or so.  Now in the last 3 days, I don't even see all my channels.  When I click all channels it only shows me the tvgo channels.

Did something change?

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Their stream TV, is spotty at best........now today it's only giving me TV GO channel not All channels........

We would be happy to help with troubleshooting your Xfinity Stream app. We have had known issues with the app. However, some have reported that refreshing your account will help with the issues on the app. Are you able to attempt to refresh your account through the Xfinity My Account app?

Suddenly all my channels "require an upgrade" to view. Even basic local channels. I'm not buying a tv box, I just need your Stream app to work as advertised.

Having same problem on my Xfinity apps on iPad and iPhone and Kindle.  All the apps are currently just showing TV GO instead of all channels.  How do I refresh account using Xfinity My Account app? I am connected to my WiFi.  Was showing all channels then they disappeared and just TV GO showing.  How do I get all my channels back?

Welcome to our community forum, @user_96186f! I love using the beta steam app on my bedroom TV so I'd be upset if I couldn't view all my channels. To clarify, are you connected to your home Xfinity network when you have this issue? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

Same thing is happening to me; chatted with xfinity who told me they have fixed the problem remotely. It’s not fixed. Using an iPad in Oakland, Calif.
