Xfinity app on all devices only records in real time will not record schedule when it’s set it doesn’t record

So I’m using only the App and I have tried many devices logout and logged in same thing my scheduled tv show is not recording. But if I click on live tv and record a tv show it records the show. I have the upgraded package and it doesn’t record on schedule. I don’t have a X1 box because I’m using only the app. On a fire tv and phone and iPad and Mac. Same thing!
