TVAPP-00148 error Xfinity stream app

My Xfinity Streaming app is not working since 2 days ago in one Samsung TV. I get TVAPP-00148 error. I have tried everything from deleting and downloading the app to shutting down and starting the TV pressing the start button. Xfinity is a disaster! The app was terrible to begin with, super slow to load and unstable. I think they provide bad quality service to force you to pay for the box.

@user_75e93s thanks for your post and your feedback. Our team is here and happy to help you with troubleshooting your app. What is the year your TV was manufactured, the model number and software version? 

 

To find this info on a Samsung TV:

Make sure your Samsung Smart TV is connected to the Internet.
Press the Smart Hub button on your Smart Control remote to go to the Samsung Home screen.
Scroll to and select the Settings icon (gear to the right).
Arrow down to Support.
Arrow right, then down, then select About this TV.
From here, you'll see the Model Code, Serial Number, Software Version, etc.
