Peacock Premium Plus

Same. Pls help I have the same issue. Very annoying

Is your issue with Peacock that you are getting adds even though you are paying for the add free option @user_33dpd2, or does Peacock not work at all?

Like I said previously I have a yr free of peacock premium….not sure how we got that promotion.  It works fine.  We decided to upgrade to premium plus with no ads.  On xfinity side it says premium plus and I’m being charged an extra six dollars a month for it. When I go to the peacock app it says premium and when I watch shows i obviously still have ads because it never changed over to plus.  Been on the phone and emailing xfinity and peacock respectively and no one know the issue or can fix it

When accessing the Peacock App and you go to "My Account", does it display that you have Peacock Premium or Peacock Premium Plus subscription? Does it also show "Billed by Xfinity"?

Yes, I see Peacock Premium Plus under my account

Thanks for confirming! The other thing we'd recommend checking is to ensure that the subscription on Peacock's end shows to be paid through Xfinity by logging in at https://www.peacocktv.com/account/plans

Yes, it said it is paid through xfinity and that changes need to be done through xfinity. It currently shows just ••”Premium”

@user_b1un5x I can definitely help you with this. We'll need to get a live agent to help us out with this. If you could please visit their website peacocktv.com/help. You will then use the chatbot, to chat in with an agent. The chat box is yellow with a robot icon and says "Need Help?" Please review the following steps to chat with an agent.
 
 step 1: After opening the chatbot, select technical assistance.
 
step 2: The chatbot will provide a variety of options to choose from. Please select Trouble logging in.
  
step 3: It will ask, "Have you tried to reset your password?" Select Yes.
 
Step 4: Provide the email address that is misspelled/or that you no longer have access to that is associated with your peacock premium.
 
step 5: The following message will appear, "Thanks! We found your account. Do you have access to this email inbox?" Select no.
 
Step 6: After selecting no, the chatbot will re-direct to a live agent. They will ask for your full name and email address. Please provide your full name and the affected email address.
 
Step 7: After the agent has confirmed your identify, please advise that you do not have access to that inbox. Request that the email be updated and provide your correct email address.

the email i logged in with to peacock is my current email. i dont need to change emails on my peacock account. it just says "Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account."

This is what peacock says: "If you want to manage or change your subscription, you have to do so through your provider as Peacock can't do that for you."

@user_b1un5x I understand. The Peacock representative will be able to cancel the previous account you used with the same email address so that it can then be assigned to your new account. Following these steps will help accomplish what you're looking for.
