NewsMax streaming issue screen freeze

This is a sporadic problem.  I have reinstalled the app but it still happens. I am using an Amazon Firestick.  Only happens on NewsMax channel.

I too, have the same issue, but mine is on a Roku 4K stick. Did all the suggested fixes and nothing works. Definitely a problem with Xfinity and Roku.

I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you. Do you get any kind of error message or is it just freezing? Is the app up to date to the most recent version on the firestick?
