I am also not able to have any sound or just garbled sound on streaming MSNBC. Every other channel seems to work. Wondering if this is some kind of FCC thing that are blocking their signal? I sure hope not. I sure hope Xfinity fixes it.

Same issue, this is the fourth day for me that MSNBC has NO audio on Xfinity Stream app TV GO channels. I have tested this on Android phone, 2 Firesticks, 1 Fire TV, Macbook running Edge browser and Firefox, PC running Edge and an Ipad. This is just another problem with Xfinity and their terrible service and even worse support on the Stream app.
Same issue, no audio. Only on msnbc, oddly, occasionally commercials do have sound, but not the programs. This has been several days now, and persists Monday, September 29 2025 .
This is on two separate devices, and only one one channel.
tandemcapt There maybe a network issue from the MSNBC side if it's not happening with commercials. Are you experiencing this on the cable box as well or just from the stream app?

Hello, @user_u6oc7n sorry for the frustration with MSNBC and the audio interruption. This is a known issue that our engineering team has been working to resolve. For now the temporary solution is to try other MSNBC channels if you are on your in-home network. We hope to have a resolution soon.
