@XfinityKyla Kyla, please don't act ignorant to this fact do your research before replying to our concerns. You're fully aware that Comcast has killed their beta programming on smart televisions. Many of your customers are frustrated with this fact to pad the company's pockets instead of thinking about their customers experience.
I suggest you put it in the suggestion box to add back the mini guide on the stream app for smart televisions. After all it was on most TVs for over 2 years in beta.

The only "fix" is to purchase a Roku or other device that still has a MiniGuide. To save themselves a few pennies Comcast crippled the beta Stream app by removing the Miniguide for some TV models (see https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/x1/missing-mini-guide/62db365d6f170a2f7efb365b?commentId=62dddb1c6a3f856065f6d062&replyId=62de6d416f170a2f7efb5a2e)
and killed the app altogether for other models (see https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/stream-app-not-supported).
Their priority is profit, not customer service.

Oh gosh, I'm sorry to hear that! Are you referring to the channel guide?
