Location Issue with Xfinity Stream App

I’m having an issue on my fire stick with the Xfinity stream app when I’m using it outside my home.  So frustrating! Keep getting an error about turning on location services and adjust high accuracy or battery saving. Then there’s an update setting button below the message but nothing happens when I select it. Help!
