Error: TVAPP-00148
Seems to be affecting many customers. TVAPP-000148 on 1 of 3 tvs in the house. All tvs are newer Samsung smart tvs. All tvs connected via wi-fi, using streaming app. Issue started yesterday, 011724. Uninstalled/reinstalled app, reset modem, cleared tv cache, off/on...but nothing works. All other streaming apps work fine. What is the solution to the issue?

Same thing here in Montgomery, TX. It started on 01/16/2024 at our house all TVS are Samsung Qled Tizen 2022 and 2023. We do not have any cable boxes and rely of the Xfinity Stream App.
Only the Xfinity Stream App, Live Streaming does not connect responding with Error Code: TVAPP-00148.
Have cleared cache on all, have uninstalled and re-installed on all, have reset modem & routers, have rest all TVS. I have retried all of these steps multiple times.
Yesterday on chat, I was told that it was a known issue and would be up and running in 3hrs. Well, that was yesterday and now it is today and still the same problem.
Called today - phone rep. created an escalated ticket. Now I wait for 24-48hrs.

We are aware of a known issue, and we are working to get this resolved as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can continue to stream on other devices and even cast to your TV.
