Error code TVAPP-00148

When selecting channel to watch get error TVAPP-00148.  Have tried reinstalling app nothing works. All other apps on tv work

I have the same problem with my Samsung smart TV.  For me, this issue (app giving me TVAPP-00148 error when trying to view Live Channels) started this past Tuesday (01/16/2024).  After talking with Xfinity Customer Service, I was given Maintenance Ticket No. SI064679648 and was told that they are trying to correct this issue.  This has been an on-going open issue.  And, they stated that this issue applies only to Samsung TVs.  If I were a Comcast customer and had this issue, I would call Comcast and request a discount or refund on paid services.
