I continue to get "ENT-22019" message when trying to play a movie trailer.

Is this movie on "Live" TV, On Demand or something you purchased? Also, is this on a cable box, Xfinity Stream app or online?

Simply trying to view movie trailers available from On Demand rentals.  Whether it is a movie for $5.99 or more, it continues to happen even after installing the Xfinity modem/router from my own modem/router.
