Xfinity Support - need to deprovision

I need to log-out all instances of my xfinity account. As I logged in in a vacation home.

Hi, I was not able to get this fixed and keep getting asked for an xfinity code when I haven’t rented a movie etc

@Bestinsh0w Thanks for letting us know this is not quite working for you yet. I’m happy to help and work to find you a solution to this. (edit: formatting) You mentioned you are being asked to enter a pin as if you rented a movie but you haven’t. Does it seem as though it asking for a purchase pin or parental control code? I just want to clarify what may be going on so I can offer you the best assistance. You also mentioned being logged in at a vacation home. Is your account supposed to be in a seasonal suspension or vacation hold? Any additional details you can offer would be very helpful and we will work hard to find a solution 😊.
