Xfinity Stream TV-APP 00101 Error
I am unable to stream live channels or even get into the xfinity beta app on my Roku device. It was working perfectly fine yesterday. It gives me an error TVAPP-00101, and previously TVAPP-0116. Now when I try and get in to the Xfinity beta app it tells it can only stream on my in-home wifi - which I am connected to on all my devices including this one. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Xfinity wifi beta app and same thing. All other streaming channels on the Roku device - Netflix etc - are working. Quite vexing, is there a method of resolving this without spending hours on the phone? Thanks!

The Xfintiy Stream app is an awesome streaming platform and we want you to be able to enjoy it fully.
The error code you are giving me, TVAPP- 00101, can be caused by a couple things and your connection can be one. However, this can also happen if you have more than one account with us that’s linked. Alternatively, the device you are using may not be recognizing the connection properly. Can you tell me if you have more than one account with us and what model Roku you are using, please?

I'm having same issues. Even on phone, laptop and on LG smart tv. On a roku, i can only access 'GO' channels. This should not be this hard. I had Dish but switched to Xfinity because of their streaming capabilities. When I first started using it worked but no more.

Unfortunately not on both. I am in Alaska and my equipment is in my home in Thornton, CO and Roku is in Lyons, CO.
