Xfinity stream app resets often loosing all downloads.

It’s annoying but sporadically this resets and I loose all my downloads when it restarts it asks for me to login again I know I’ve lost all my downloads.  Can’t explain what triggers this on my up to date iPad and app. Reset twice yesterday then a week before that. So sometimes a lot and sometimes not.

OfflineFlynn, Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to visit XFINITY over our forums page for help with the Stream app resetting. I enjoy streaming entertainment on the Stream app so I understand the frustration that this has caused you. I am sorry to learn about this experience with losing those downloads. We are the right place to go for help. Have you tried uninstalling and resinstalling the app? Are you able to confirm if you experinece this issue on multiple devices?

Have not uninstalled and reinstalled and only use this iPad. It is up to date but I’ll delete and reinstall and follow up in a couple weeks or less if this persists.

Thanks for the help,

That said it’s Still doing it. I think when it boots up after being closed it doesn’t like to be rushed as I’m hitting buttons expecting it to move right away. Or it just cracked on its own dumping downloads and making me re login. 
Any other ideas?

Are you able to go within the Settings app and view the Xfinity Stream App? As a troubleshooting step, I would look into clearing the cache/data from the Stream App as there may be something causing the application to crash. Clearing any possible corrupt data and signing in may help clear any issues causing the application to restart. @OfflineFlynn
