Why am I getting this “Playback Issue TVAPP-00246” when trying to watch TNT?

Been going on for over a month on my Apple TV.  Xfinity has no clue what your talking about.  Ugh

To send the requested information in a private message to Xfinity Support from any Forum page:
 •  Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

@Jhoskins84​ same problem here. Xfinity does not sound like they’re going to fix it, download TNT app on Apple TV

Thank you for taking the time to reach out about this issue that you're having, @user_ecb1d4. We want you to be able to fully enjoy your shows and networks. Do you happen to notice the issue with any other devices when trying to view TNT on your Xfinity Stream application or mainly the Apple TV?

For those looking for a solution to this, you can use the Watch TNT app as a work around for now. Not ideal but seems to work well (picture actually seems crisper to me than the Xfinity app).

This is frustrating. Just tried to watch NBA on TNT and keep getting this error on Xfinity stream on Apple TV.  Works just fine on iPad and iPhone. Please fix!

Can confirm this is happening on Apple TV for me too, only through the Xfinity streaming app. Very frustrating!

They have tnt working now but all night tonight while watching basketball my tnt channel would freeze and still play auto or buffer into really low quality video until I exit out and go back into tnt.  Anyone else having problems with tnt like this?
