TVAPP-00195 Samsung Tv

Hi, I am having trouble loading the Xfinity Stream app on my Samsung tv. I’ve done my research online and there are multiple people who have experienced the same issue with no resolution in the Xfinity & Reddit threads. The issue is not the TV but the Xfinity app itself.

I did the troubleshoot issues of 

1. Sign out of the Xfinity Stream App, then log back in. 

2. Delete the Stream App channel, then re-install it. This will require you to sign in again. 

 

3. Perform a Modem Refresh using the Xfinity App. If you have X1 cable boxes, a System refresh on the main cable box is also recommended.

4. Restarting TV.

and none of it worked. The tv is relatively new, the app is updated, we just got X1 today. The only way it works is if I airplay from my phone’s app, but I want the app to work on my Samsung tv, please, thank you.
