Stream beta app on Samsung

The stream beta app was upgraded on my Samsung television and now the images are extremely blurry as if they’re loading late.  The application used to work quite well.  This issue is evident on all channels and with different Wi-Fi channel types (5ghz and 2Ghz)

Hello and welcome to our forums @user_ee0041. Having any reception issues with your Samsung and our App would be frustrating. I know I would be if I was in your shoes too! Happy to help you. What troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Looks much better today.  I didn’t change much.  Switched networks a few times and waited pretty much.

I am glad to hear that things are working better. If you don't mind me asking, could you please provide the make, modem, and year of the television?

I was having similar issue with the blurry images since the update.  Today, the app will not display the list of channels. It shows (Error: TVAPP-00500).

App: Xfinity Stream Beta v1.13.0

TV: Samsung UN50NU6950

Network: Wired

I have checked the network status (and all other streaming services work fine), uninstalled/reinstalled (Activated) the Xfinity Stream Beta app

Same here. As if latency wasn’t enough, now the fuzziness is an issue for the first 20 seconds of every stream experience - even after fast-forwarding in a recorded program through 30 seconds of content. #livewithit. Should be Comcast’s motto.
