Hi @user_joento, this is not normal. It also seems to be quite the inconvenience when you just want to sit down and enjoy some TV after a long day. Have you attempted to uninstall the app followed by reinstalling it? I would also recommend unplugging the device for a few minutes, and plugging it back in.
