DVR streaming Bravo

I cannot watch recorded bravo shows on the xfinity app. They constantly freeze in the middle and the sound continues. I’ve tried: closing the app, deleting and reinstalling, total system refresh, logging out & in….it’s been going on for a year, what’s the problem?

Does this only happen on Bravo recordings or recordings from other networks also?

I also have this problem but not just with Bravo shows I have recorded. Bravo is most frequent issue though.

This is a widespread (many users), widely reported (2+years) issue.

Yes, 2+ years but the reps act surprised when I tell them how long this problem has been going on. Could be they are new, of course.  Very frustrating.
