I cannot watch recorded bravo shows on the xfinity app. They constantly freeze in the middle and the sound continues. I’ve tried: closing the app, deleting and reinstalling, total system refresh, logging out & in….it’s been going on for a year, what’s the problem?

I cannot watch recorded bravo shows on the xfinity app. They constantly freeze in the middle and the sound continues. I’ve tried: closing the app, deleting and reinstalling, total system refresh, logging out & in….it’s been going on for a year, what’s the problem?

I have tested it on all of my devices. IF you try and fast forward through commercials Just about the 35-40 minute mark its freezes.  If I watch all the way through it will play but the audio gets out of sync, Happens on   Iphone, Ipa
